What can I view in the Archive?

The Archive includes the work (entries, shortlist and winners) and the talks from Cannes Lions, Lions Health and Lions Innovation

The Work

You can view all the case films, overview and creative credits for each piece of work dating back to 2001 for Cannes Lions, 2014 for Lions Health and 2015 for Lions Innovation. These can also be shared and downloaded to your local computer.

Can I download media from the Archive?

Yes. Links are provided to download the media where available.

Can I have a trial of the Archive?

Can I have a demonstration of the Archive?

How do I subscribe to the Archive?

How much is it to subscribe for one person?

Unfortunately we don’t offer single user subscriptions; the minimum subscription is for 5 users and costs €5,100 for 12 months. Please contact us or call us on +44 (0) 20 3033 4000 to discuss the best solution for your business.

Can I share my log in details with my colleagues?

Unfortunately login details cannot be shared with colleagues. If you would like to increase the number of users on your subscription, please contact your account manager or call us on +44 (0) 20 3033 4000 to discuss a suitable option for your business.

Can I share my log in details with another office?

Unfortunately subscriptions are per office and login details cannot be shared. If another office in your network would like to purchase a subscription to the Archive, please direct them to contact us here or call us on +44 (0) 20 3033 4000.

Can I purchase ads through the Archive?

No, unfortunately this is not a service we provide.

Can I use the Archive without logging in?

When an Archive subscriber sends a favourite to your email, you will be able to view its media without logging in for 48 hours. To see all other media within the Archive, you need to be logged in. Contact us here or call us on +44 (0) 20 3033 4000 to discuss the best solution for your business.

How long does it take to get a password?

The site has an automatic password response system, which means passwords should reach users immediately. Sometimes due to high site traffic, it can take slightly longer to receive a password. If you haven't received your password within one hour of requesting it, please contact us on +44 (0) 20 3033 4000.

How do I renew my subscription?

To find out more about renewing your subscription, please contact your account manager. All subscriptions include an auto-renew. Please see below for more information.

What is Auto-renewal?

Three months before your subscription is due for renewal we will send you a pro-forma invoice allowing you plenty of time to arrange payment and continue your access to the Archive for another year.  If you choose not to subscribe for another year you must let us know at least eight weeks before your renewal date to cancel.

Can I download the talks from the Archive?

No, the talks are not available for download. Subscriber can view all talks online with an internet connection.

Can you share work directly from the entry/campaign?

No, the entry or campaign must be added to a ‘Playlist’ folder in your playlist to share.

How often are the ‘popular searches, featured work and inspiring talks’ updated?

These are updated on a regular basis.

How do I change my password?

Please go to www.canneslionsarchive.com/login, enter your email address and you will be sent a link to create a new one. Alternatively, please contact your super user for additional help.

How do I change my users?

Please either speak with your super user who will be able to do so within their ‘My Account’ access point or alternatively, contact your account manager.

Can I pay by monthly direct debit?

Payment for all subscriptions to the Cannes Lions Archive must be paid in full before access to the Archive is granted.

I haven’t received my forgotten password email, what do I do?

Do I need any special plug-ins to use the Archive?

To use the Archive to its full potential, you will need the latest versions of QuickTime and Flash.

Can I search the work by sector, e.g. insurance, banking?

This is currently a work in progress – watch this space and keep a lookout for Archive updates.

Can I share the content with people who are not subscribers?

Yes. Through the share function on the left side bar on each of the pieces of work, you can email to anyone, even if they are not a subscriber. The link is valid 48 hours once they have opened it.

What is the default search results order?

We have developed a Relevance sort order which sorts results by year and award type.

Can I re-order my search results?

Yes. There is a tab called ‘sort’ above the search results on the right. Click this and it will dropdown a selection of ways to sort the results.

I searched for a person that I know worked on Lion-winning work but didn’t get any results – why?

Quite often all individuals are not credited on all entries, much of this depends on the information we receive form the company when the entry was first submitted. If you would like an entry updated please email us. We will verify all submissions with the original entrant company and update thereafter.
